炭火を囲むと深い話が進みます。

野菜や魚や肉を焼きながら、少し会話にお邪魔することあり。様々なな年代や立場や状況の方のそれぞれのストーリーを聞きながら、私達も新たな発見や価値観の更新をすることも多々あり。

炭火の暖かい色合いと空気感は食材を美味しくする以上の特別な時間を作ってくれるなと思います。

Deep conversations are held around the charcoal fire. When grilling vegetables, fish, or meat, conversation sometimes gets interrupted. By listening to people of various ages, positions, and circumstances, I often discover new things and update my own values. I think the warm colors and atmosphere of a charcoal fire not only make the food delicious, but also create a special time. I'm glad they made a hearth for each table.
